We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facility Planning Engineer to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Facility Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and development of facilities in accordance with the companys objectives and standards. This role requires a strong understanding of facility planning principles, project management, and coordination with various stakeholders.Responsibilities:To assist and to advise the Division Superintendent of the Facility Planning Division to meet the short-, medium- and long-term objectives. Carries out advanced planning of major capital projects, develops long-term plans or conceptual study and design on production-related facilities and case studies and scenarios planning on facilities in order to evaluate the feasibility and economics of such studies and designs. Prepares Design Basis Scoping Paper (DBSP) for individual new capital projects to clearly define What is to be built or reviews DBSP prepared by Engineers in his team for projects exceeding $ 2 million (specified limit)
