Provide leadership and Drilling &WorkOver completion engineering oversight in the selection of the single preferred completion type, Wellhead design, and the associated detailed engineering that will be easily understood and actioned by the Engineering & Operation Team to deliver the agreed well objectives. Review drilling/workover completion programs for all wells of Offshore Fields to ensure they meet well proposal objectives. Preparing completion cost estimates and assessing risk in terms of probability and potential remedies.
