Assist and execute works for planning and implementation of drilling, workover and well maintenance operations related to exploration and development programmes and ensuring optimization of operational processes whilst controlling drilling materials and supplies in compliance with set policy, procedures and standards. Conduct studies, analysis and evaluations of drilling engineering data collected at wells, and recommend methods and techniques for economical and safe operational achievement. Supports Supervisor in developing drilling engineering activity plans while preparing various regular reports, technical reports and summaries of drilling engineering operations activities.Contributes and supports the Drilling Engineering Section in the development of Drilling & Workover Division?s short /long term operation plans & schedules for all drilling, workover & well maintenance activities ensuring alignment with overall Divisional goals.
