Job Description

A reputable company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.
  3. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  4. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  6. Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls.
  8. Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process.
  9. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  10. Provide support to other departments as needed.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. Professional certification such as ACCA or CMA is a plus.
  3. Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
  5. Proficient in using financial software and MS Office.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  8. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  10. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
