Represent as Saudization representative for Samsung Jafurah project site
Management of IKTVA reports / programs for project
Responsible for providing updates on IKTVA to the project management
Coordination with Saudi ARAMCO on Saudization requirements and IKTVA reports
Communication with training institutes to comply with the project specified training˙needs, including, but not limited to agreement, trainee coordination, invoice payment etc
Responsible for Saudi trainees, conveying their training programs and resolving their problems/concerns to avoid early turnover
Supervising HRDF activities as and when it is needed
