Oversee the implementation of a robust business information systems infrastructure which will include data security, backup, manuals and liaise with ITB for related networking access both internally and remotely.Oversee the implementation of ERP systems using SAP proprietary methodology such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors.Understand the continuous requirement of the organization in terms of its information business systems in collaboration with internal stakeholders, assess its adequacy, do a gap analysis and develop cost effective solutions.Evaluate the adequacy of department personnel in terms of the skills, qualifications, expertise and experience and ensure their constant training and development to upgrade their capabilities and knowledge base for deployment of the latest developments.Generate reports and analyses from the system to meet various stakeholder requirements including Business Intelligence for top management decision making.Work with the Corporate Development and other departments to implement the company?s policies and procedures, authority matrix, and dynamic organization charts among others
