Job Description

Our company leading provider of innovative technology solutions, is in search of a seasoned Sales Account Manager with a strong engineering background to join our thriving team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our extensive product and service portfolio, which includes Structured Cabling, Low Current systems, Industrial Security, Audio Visual setups, IT Service Management Products, and more.Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, leveraging your technical expertise to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions from our diverse technology offerings.
  2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing clients, ensuring that our solutions align with their evolving technology needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to facilitate the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer expectations and objectives.
  4. Achieve sales quotas while promoting long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Proactively manage and resolve client conflicts, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  6. Generate regular progress reports and sales forecasts, using key account metrics for both internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced engineering degrees or certifications will be considered favorably.
  2. Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or Sales Account Manager within the technology industry.
  3. Demonstrable success in sales and delivering exceptional customer experience, ideally with a background in technical sales.
  4. Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to handle multiple account management projects concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  6. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
