To be an active element within the Company risk management structure aiming to mitigate the projects risks exposure towards potential threats and increase profitability thru potential opportunities. The main objective is to identify and manage all mitigation actions of risk events that may affect the proper execution and accomplishment of Company projects
Analyze base project characteristics and updated project reporting. Develop Project Risk Management Plan and insure compliance. Organize and prepare for client driven and internal driven risk workshops. Incorporate the identified project risk events into Project Risk Register, help in the assessment stage, and update the Risk Register as needed. Develop with Project Managers Action Mitigation Plans, monitor their implementation, and highlight any deviations from the mitigation plan. Create reports, summaries, presentations and process documents to display results. Monitor the implementation of response actions, and report its status.
Develop Monte Carlo simulations to quantify risks identified in the Risk Register.
