UTILITIES OPERATION & MAINTENANCE SERVICES DIVISION???????????????????Shall manage the Utility Operation and Maintenance Services such as operation and maintenance of potable water system, Fire water system, elevator, sewer and HVAC system, power distribution board, panels and sub- stations, backup diesel generator, firefighting and lighting system, BMS, UPS, underground and above ground utilities etc. in accordance with the specifications, standards of applicable codes.Shall undertake Preventive Maintenance through a planned Preventive Maintenance by using an automated maintenance software / program approved by client.Shall provide Preventive Maintenance for all installed utility equipment including but not limited to potable water system, Fire water system, elevator, sewer and HVAC system, power distribution board, panels and sub-stations, backup diesel generator, firefighting and lighting system, BMS, UPS, underground and above ground utilities.Shall either engage Manufacturers Service Support or authorized sub-contractor/agent for scheduled BMS, Elevators, Fire system, Chiller / HVAC maintenance and backup generators and make sure that they are adhering to Sadara instructions and health & safety rules.
