Develop and implement effective recruitment advertising strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for critical roles in engineering, project management, and other specialized areas within the oil and gas sector.
Ensure the recruitment practices comply with the company?s approved policies and procedures.
Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements.
Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the required criteria.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Organize and take part in interview procedures as required.
Provide candidates with necessary information about the interview process and company.
Conduct reference checks to verify candidates employment history, skills, and qualifications.
Work with hiring managers to develop competitive and fair job offers.
Negotiate offers (compensation & benefits) with selected candidates and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Collaborate with HR and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding & mobilization process for new hires.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other talent sources.
Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as required by the HRD.
