Must have knowledge of and be able to interpret IBC and other international building, mechanical and electrical [NEC] codes, and.
Must be able to follow proper inspection techniques and examine workmanship and materials, to detect deviations from codes, specifications and approved construction and maintenance practices.
Must also have experience in planning and scheduling.
