Job Summary: The Projects Procurement Manager will oversee procurement activities across variouscontracting projects, including Civil, Infrastructure, and sectors. This role involves managing thesourcing of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely deliveryto support project objectives.Key Responsibilities:? Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies for Civil, Infrastructure,and projects to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.? Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors, establishingstrong relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective procurement.? Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring favorableterms and compliance with project requirements and company policies.? Purchase Orders: Oversee the preparation and issuance of purchase orders, ensuring accuracyand alignment with project specifications and budgets.? Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers, materials,and technologies that can enhance project outcomes and cost efficiency.? Quality Assurance: Ensure that procured materials and services meet required quality standardsand project specifications.? Cost Management: Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savingswithout compromising quality or project timelines.? Coordination: Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand projectneeds and align procurement activities with project schedules and requirements.? Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, such as supply chaindisruptions or vendor performance issues.?
