Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our team in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process to ensure efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and experience in a production environment.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement production processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
  2. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
  4. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  5. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
  6. Train and mentor production staff to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  7. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
  8. Resolve any production-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technology to continuously improve processes.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a production environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and production processes.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  6. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  7. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
  9. Experience with production planning and scheduling.
