1. Shall act parallel with procurement engineer to expedite the quotation process.2. Visit the suppliers for early bid, sample collection, and develop trust and good working relation with suppliers.3. Pursue the PO with the suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.4. Arrange with the driver/buyer all urgent purchase at project end.5. Follow with the finance for payment process as per agreed terms and condition.6. Make sure material reached to the warehouse/project store without any deficiency.7. Resolve all dispute which cause the delay in material delivery by knocking the door.8. Follow with warehouse, project engineer and QC personnel in case of inspection required.9. Follow with the client/consultant for material inspection process.10. Reporting to project procurement manager.11. Shall maintain the supplier evaluation and re evaluation record, visit the supplier facility for material quality verification12. Shall ensure supplier data base updated time to time.
