Compile all possible work to be considered (on equipment basis) for execution such as PM plans, cyclic tasks, additional/discovery work identified during previous TA, Projects, AE&I inspection list, Jobs from all departments and build a preliminary schedule -LS2.1 & LS2.3?Conduct Preliminary Scope Reduction Review to reduce the scope of work for the proposed Turnaround and get validated. -LS2.2?Evaluate uncertainty/risk. Develop a specific risk mitigation plan. Identify alternatives to mitigate the risk. And determine pre-turnaround work to reduce the risk-LS2.3?Create an Intermediate plan & schedule using the list of all work grouped by system and/or major equipment for the proposed turnaround. Include a preliminary decommissioning, cleaning and decontamination plan as well as a preliminary contracting strategy and sourcing plan.-LS2.4?Conduct scope challenge/validation workshop, Finalize the scope and validate it with TASC-LS2.6?Develop integrated TA execution schedule including shutdown, decommissioning, commissioning, startup and micro plan activities -LS3.4, LS3.7, LS3.8?Optimize the schedule, Identify critical activities path & Freeze the baseline -LS3.8 & LS3.9?Captured the Pre-TA activity progress in the work plan and report to all stakeholders. -LS4.5?Update the integrated TA execution schedule with addition tasks(before execution), discovery jobs(during execution) and with the recovery plan (during execution to manage the significant delays, beyond ?10%) at different intervals. -LS4.5, LS5.7 & LS5.8?Update the percentage completion in the Integrated TA execution schedule & Prepare the comparative progress reports of Plan v/s actual completion -LS5.3?Organize the daily progress meeting among all stakeholder, Prepare MOM & follow up outstanding issues-LS5.3
