Our client, a leader in industrial fire protection solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize their operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations, ensure efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives to drive their business growth and enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

  • Profit Delivery: Achieve and exceed profit targets as the primary KPI of the role.
  • Strategic Business Growth: Drive the expansion of our business through innovative strategies and new market penetration.
  • Team Leadership and Management: To ensure optimal performance and development, lead and manage a diverse team, including technical and sales personnel.
  • Sales and Business Development: Spearhead the sales initiatives and engage with new and existing clients to boost business volumes. Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Utilize existing connections across the country to bring new opportunities and expand our market presence.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations encompassing projects, sales, and the estimation and design departments to ensure efficiency and control. In charge of day-to-day operations and adept at handling diverse teams with strong people management skills.
