Job Description

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering discipline is required
  • 5+ Years of relevant field experience.???
Mechanical Engineer with experience in design, selection and engineering of various types of Rotating Equipment for oil/gas, refinery, petrochemical and chemical projects. Equipment handled shall include centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, and packaged equipment.?Projects handled shall include various stages including FEED, Detail Design and vendor/construction support. Shall have experience in developing engineering/procurement documents including data sheets, technical specifications, material requisitions (MRs), technical bid clarifications, technical bid evaluations (TBEs), purchase requisitions and vendor document reviews.?Knowledge of industry codes including API and ASME Code is essential. Candidate should have solid communication and coordination skills to interact with internal engineering disciplines and clients during the course of projects.?Also need good interpersonal skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure to meet project milestones.
