Job Description

Job SummaryThe Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems within theÿStatic, Rotating, and Packagesÿdisciplines. They will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that designs meet project requirements and are cost-effective.Responsibilities

  • Design and Development:ÿPrepare detailed mechanical component and system designs within theÿStatic, Rotating, and Packagesÿdisciplines, utilizing 3D modeling and drafting software.
  • Research and Analysis:ÿConduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate the feasibility and performance of new designs within theÿStatic, Rotating, and Packagesÿdisciplines.
  • Collaboration:ÿWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with project objectives and requirements, specifically within theÿStatic, Rotating, and Packagesÿdisciplines.
  • Testing and Validation:ÿPerform rigorous testing and validation procedures to verify the performance and reliability of designs within theÿStatic, Rotating, and Packagesÿdisciplines.
  • Documentation:ÿPrepare comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, forÿStatic, Rotating, and Packagesÿcomponents and systems.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications
  • Experience:ÿMinimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design within EPC companies.
  • Education:ÿBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:ÿProficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  • Problem-Solving:ÿStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication:ÿExcellent communication and teamwork skills.
