Job Description

Job SummaryThe Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems within theStatic, Rotating, and Packagesdisciplines. They will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that designs meet project requirements and are cost-effective.Responsibilities

  • Design and Development:Prepare detailed mechanical component and system designs within theStatic, Rotating, and Packagesdisciplines, utilizing 3D modeling and drafting software.
  • Research and Analysis:Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate the feasibility and performance of new designs within theStatic, Rotating, and Packagesdisciplines.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with project objectives and requirements, specifically within theStatic, Rotating, and Packagesdisciplines.
  • Testing and Validation:Perform rigorous testing and validation procedures to verify the performance and reliability of designs within theStatic, Rotating, and Packagesdisciplines.
  • Documentation:Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, forStatic, Rotating, and Packagescomponents and systems.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications
  • Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design within EPC companies.
  • Education:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  • Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication:Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
