Job Description

  • Write, read and speak fluently both in English and Arabic.
  • Solve problems, analyze legal matters, think of diversified options and provide objective judgment.
  • Thoroughly read and understand laws, rules and regulations.
  • Review contracts, tender packages and other documents to comment/advise on amendments or modifications that need to be made.
  • Assist in the drafting of relevant policies and regulations, contracts, agreements, as well as communications with legal implications.
  • Render sound legal advices/opinions on concerns/issues relating to business and contracts.
  • Conduct legal research to provide input on legal concerns/issues.
  • Participate actively and productively in internal meetings.
Handle confidential information and materials with the highest degree of professional responsibility
