Job Description

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Record and process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Perform data entry for financial transactions and ensure all documentation is properly filed.
  • Assist with preparing VAT returns and other government filings.
  • Monitor petty cash and perform basic cash flow tracking.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the senior accountant or finance manager.
