Create, manage, and support all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite.
Maintain and customize Atlassian tools (Jira, service management, Confluence, ?), Atlassian plugins or third-party party plugins, and external integrations with other IT tools/technologies.
Create, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and other applications.
To extend the services capabilities, create, configure, and maintain custom Jira workflows, dashboards, filters, permission schemes, notification schemes, add-ons, and modules.
Support all teams across the organization that manage their work with Jira instances.
Support and resolve issues with Jira Projects and Confluence Spaces as they arise.
Serve as subject matter expert for Atlassian products and able to convert business case to a solution in Jira.
Manage escalations with Atlassian support or third-party support, as needed.
Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure compatibility.
Assess, set up, and maintain third-party connections, integrations, and applications.
Conduct end-user training as required.ÿ
ÿQualifications
A bachelor?s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems or another related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of administration experience with Atlassian products.
Certified ACP-100 Jira Administrators for Datacenter and Server
Working knowledge of Jira Service Management and Confluence administration
Process governance experience or strong automation workflow knowledge
Strong knowledge and familiarity with writing complex JQL and developing customized plugins.
Knowledge of script runner, Jira automation, Rich Filters, Configure and Sync Azure Directory with Jira, and publish SSL certificates.
Capable of implementing the best ITSM practice.
Experience directly integrating Atlassian products with other systems is preferable.
