Job Purpose:As an IT Support Senior Officer, your primary purpose is to ensure the smoothoperation of our organization's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providingtechnical assistance and support to internal users, resolving hardware and softwareissues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Your role extends tomanaging and troubleshooting network systems, including routers, switches, andfirewalls, to guarantee seamless connectivity and data security. Respond promptly to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related tohardware, software, and network systems.? Diagnose and resolve technical problems remotely or through on-site visits,ensuring minimal disruption to productivity.Maintain IT Infrastructure:? Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensureoptimal performance and reliability.? Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and network devicesas needed.Network Management:? Administer and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches,firewalls, and wireless access points.? Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing anyvulnerabilities or issues to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.User Training and Documentation:? Provide training and guidance to users on the use of IT systems and software,promoting best practices for efficiency and security.? Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and technical manuals,to facilitate knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.IT Policy Implementation:?
