Job Description

Summary:Providing technical support and promoting all software solution which AFMS have. Manage the integration of all AFMS medical devices, systems (Middleware) and IT projects to Hospital or Laboratory information system (HIS / LIS). Handle customer complaints provide troubleshooting and solution to IT related issues, integration, networking, servers, security.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing manager to develop the required business plan for sales and promoting the SW solution we have in AFMS.
  • Providing first line technical support to all Filed Support Engineers for IT issues in the systems.
  • IT project manager for new system Integration, Middleware, and Automation with customer. Develop project plans and timelines.
  • Entertain customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Help and support the FSEs to perform the needed tasks of handling the supplier?s needs.
  • Executing endorsed plans and programs to achieve set goals
  • Supervising on work procedures, work schedules and workflow
  • Studying and standardizing procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
  • Conducting technical visits and manage to present our SW solutions to major customers and ensuring proper use and installation as well as supporting sales and support personnel in product image and customer satisfaction
  • Preparing periodic Internal reports for the project activities and achievements to be submitted to the Management
  • Provide the first line support for the Salesforce ? ServiceMax.
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the CHM BU Manager.
  • Perform required functional and technical training sessions.
  • Support solving customers problems as they relate to technical software and network issues, working closely with the hospital?s IT department.
