A. Accountabilities:

Handle and Responsible for IT Infrastructure?related to assigned project/client
Analyze Infrastructure Project requirements for clients and established a service IT
Responsible to lead the project team for client services for hardware and software support.
Responsible for Infrastructure Team for new business setups and Service Mgt.
Manage?IT Support services through structured Service Mgt. strategies
Audit and monitor the IT Links as per SLAs.?
Planned, Designed, and implemented Disaster Recovery Centre?

B. Qualifications:

Proven Experience in IT Project Management Domain managing large teams
Technical Sounds related to technologies :Infrastructure ? Active Directory ? Exchange ? Cisco?
Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Well driven experience at OLA?S ? SLA?S- Project Budgeting / Planning
Excellent Technical Infrastructure Experience/ System integrators industry
IT Project Management /Fuel Automation is a plus
Male, Arabic native speaker, resident in KSA - Eastern Province and has transferable residency
