Professional Certifications in Instructional Designing.2. Minimum 5 years working Experience in the role of Instructional Designer.3. Utilize instructional design methodologies to design effective and engaging training courses for instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and eLearning.4. Assess the learning needs of target audiences.5. Produce Kirkpatrick Level 2 and Level 3 assessment tools6. Develop written training materials and content for ILT, VILT, and eLearning7. Develop learning resources for ILT, VILT, and eLearning8. Analyze existing course designs and instructional materials and make improvements as necessary9. Oversee timelines, schedules, scope, and deliverables of assigned projects10. Collaborate with subject matter experts.
