Industrial Air Compressor Technician? He should have minimum 5-10 years experience with Saudi Aramco Plants (specially GOSP, Oil & Gas Separation plants).? He should have experience in Preventive Maintenance of Industrial Air Compressors unit. Especially the Atlas Copco & Ingersoll Rand Air compressors.? He Must be familiar with the necessary Oil change requirement, Service reading of air water & oil, checking of air filters & oil leakages, sensitive bolts & clipping connections, Checking of safety valve & switches, checking of air intake chamber & air filters elements, Checking of filter elements of gear case breathers, checking the cycle of air intake throttle valve, Replacement of diaphragm of air throttle valve, replacement of bushing (air intake valve), overhaul air intake valve, replace blow off silencers, check functioning of check valve, overhaul of check valve, Grease main drive motor bearings, overhaul main drive motor, replacement of main shaft bearing, pressure gauges and other accessories as per SA standards to Maintain the Air Compressors.? Must be familiar to perform the maintenance activity as per the instructions of mechanical supervisor.? He should be able to solve the troubleshoot of air compressors, related to the mechanical, electrical & instrumentation parts of Industrial Air Compressors.? He should have good communication skills and must be speak & read English language.? He should have the Saudi Aramco OR any other certified organization approval as an Air Compressor Technician.? He should be able to work in remote areas of Saudi Aramco facilities.? He should be familiar with the Saudi Aramco safety rules & regulations.
