Follow PIPECARE?s Procedures and Process Flow Charts and interact with other departmentswhen required? Assure timely and accurate reporting to PIPECARE? Identify training requirements and support continuous improvementsJob Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities? Read, understand, and implement tool design drawing specifications? Prepare, configure, build, and test ILI tools to the tool design specifications and functionalityrequirements? Prepare equipment and tools requirements including auxiliaries, AGM's, DGPS, magnets,launching trays, spares, tool box and all other required tools for use in the field, etc.? Study and analyze project information document, operation manuals, pigging proceduresand other project-related documents to understand project requirements and to ensure safeexecution and first run success? Coordinate as needed with PIPECARE team, subcontractor, client and other involved partiesto ensure a safe and successful project? Establish professional relationship with client?s field personnel creating customerpartnerships? Execute field work in a professional, safe, effective and efficient manner in accordance withPIPECARE QA/QC procedures and in line with time, resource and financial planning? Perform on-site pre-inspection tool function testing, and post-inspection data download,assessment, and reporting.? Execute onsite data handling procedures to allow an efficient and timely transfer of data toData Analysis department.? Conduct site survey and DGPs Survey in accordance with PIPECARE procedures andoperational requirement? Complete, prepare and sign and submit pigging, daily, QC, express and other requiredreports? Execute all other tasks as requested by Project Manager/Team Leader and/or Managementwithin the assigned job role.Competency Requirements?
