?Develops and implements policies, guidelines, systems and procedures on human resources/personnel management and development?Research and benchmark against other organizations? practice, particularly in the same sector or location.?Assess/audit what is already in existence, both formally and informally.?Continuously review policies.?Developing, implementing and evaluating personnel and labor relations policies, programs and procedures;?Advising managers and employees on the interpretation of personnel policies, benefit programs and collective agreements.?Coordinating employee performance and appraisal programs.?Prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.?Ability to analyze issues and recommend required actions.?Assist in organizational development?Organize Training & Development programs for staff.?Conduct studies of previous practices and competitive analysis of industry and best practices of employee relations issues such as recruitment, holidays, vacations, housing, work schedules, overtime pay ,etc.?Researching and preparing occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales.?Create HR appraisal and development programs?Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
