Job Description

The HR & GR Specialist plays a crucial role in managing human resources and government relations within the catering and hospitality sectors. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations while fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, employee relations, and government liaison, particularly in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.

  • Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and policies to identify areas for improvement.
