Job Description

Nesma High Training Institute(NHTI) was established by Nesma & Partners in 2011, under the supervision of Technical Vocational Training Corporation is currently looking for an experienced HSE Instructor who is familiar on Saudi Aramco operational HSE standards.

  • Create instructional resources for use in the classrooms.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities.
  • Create positive educational climate for trainees to learn in.
  • Meet course and institute-wide trainees performance goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions.
  • Create lesson plans and modify accordingly throughout the year.
  • Maintain grade books.
  • Grade papers and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Create lesson plans.
  • Utilize various curriculum resources.
  • Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans.
  • Utilize curricula that reflect the diversity of training.
  • Develop incentives to keep participants in class.
  • Establish and communicate clear objectives for all training activities.
  • Prepare and distribute required reports.
  • Observe and evaluate trainees? performance.
  • Manage trainees? behavior in the classrooms by invoking approved disciplinary procedures.
  • Help trainees developtheir skills.
  • Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  • Participate in incident and accident investigations as required in line with agreed safety, health and environment policies, procedures and controls
