RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall group strategy
Developing strategic HR policies and plans (e.g., recruitment, compensation, training, etc.)
Hiring, guiding, and evaluating the performance of HR employees
Monitor the performance evaluation processes of group employees and report to the CEO
Maintain HR procedures that comply with Saudi labor regulations
Handle the responsibility for employee/labor relations with the management
Taking initiatives for ensuring positive and equality in the work environment.
Planning and conducting hiring/recruitment processes (e.g., screening calls, interviews, etc.) to support current and future business needs
Maintain the development and implementation of overall HR systems (ERP), across the group subsidiaries.
Develop and implement HR annual budget for the group
