Records and summarizes business financial transactions and experts in analyzing and preparing financial documents and reports, and to performs a wide range of accounting duties, from preparing financial statements and budgets to reconciling and analyzing data trends and present them in the form of various reports - facilitating Management in decisions makingDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for all accounting related activities that includes daily recording of transactions and managing accounting data and entries into the system after getting required approvalPreparing financial statements and bank reconciliations of Company?s account with the bank, including debit and credit transactionsRenewal of guarantees for the beneficiariesPreparing reports and lists, and following up on them with the external auditorsAuthentication of checks received with receipt vouchers, and depositing them with banks ensure entry into the systemPreparing and issuing clients checks after obtaining written authorizations and approval from ManagementReceiving cash and depositing them with the bank after making the necessary approvals and proceduresSupervising petty cashManaging accounts receivable and follow-upFollow-up on leases, contracts and licensesPrepare reliable current and forecasting reports detailing insightful information and expectations to management to aid in long-term and short-term decision makingFollow up the settlement transfers issued and received between the company and the depository center on a daily basisMaintaining and reconciling balance sheet and examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entriesFollow up on banks, banking transactions, salaries and advances mattersAssisting with annual audit preparationsMaintaining Cost Accounting SystemInvestigating and resolving audit findings account discrepancies and issues of non-complianceContributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems programs and proceduresFollow Management instructions or any tasks assigned to him
