Job Description

Monitor & Coordinator Fuel consumption of MLC Fleet in designated region to ensure that Proper systems & Controls are in place to avoid risks.˙

  • Support in billing and payments to esnure payments are completed accurately and on time
  • Administer Cards and PIN ordering, cancellations and transfers
  • Perform the fuel reconciliation, transactions and provide reliable information on the fuel consumptions making sure that the information reported are in line with the fuel transactions.
  • Collaborate with Control tower to better monitor the fuel consumption.
  • Review and escalate high-value or suspicious transactions
  • Check the fuel transactions of each vehicle as per the different refueling system in place.
Coordinate with operations to support Direct manager to Analyze the progressive trip bonus to esnure it is aligned.˙Implement fuel management Processes and ensure that all fuel transactions are through the system to ensure better control and optimization.˙
  • Continuously seek out and identify opportunities for Self-Development to ensure having up to-date knowledge about the function and Sector.
  • Draft reports on the use of the fuel, the average consumption per vehicle and make comparison of the figures at LTR Level.
Follows procedures of reporting on performance and other reports required from time to time to the Direct Manager
