Oversee and manage all aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, technicians, and labourers involved in the fit-out projects.
Manage and allocate resources, including labour and technicians, to ensure efficient project execution.
Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation and adherence to design requirements.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager, highlighting any potential issues or delays.
Coordinate and schedule the delivery of materials, equipment, and resources required for the fit-out projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, identify defects or deficiencies, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Train and mentor technicians and labourers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to address any project-related concerns or modifications.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and site incidents.
Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of the fit-out projects.
