Food Inspector Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis job requires candidates to be able to perform duties that include the following:

Monitor and Maintain required hygiene and sanitation procedures throughout the process flow of food and food grade materials.
Train staff on Food safety requirements, standards, policies and procedures.
Conduct Safety meeting.
Schedule and conduct routine internal inspections and audits.
Work to ensure the product is fit to eat and compliant with federal laws and regulations and code od practice.
Travel occasionally for the job.
Conduct risk assessment
Monitor Health condition of staff
Food inspectors provide a critical function, which is essentially making sure that the food production and processing is safe to eat.?
