Job Description

  • Monitor and Maintain required hygiene and sanitation procedures throughout the process flow of food and food grade materials.
  • Train staff on Food safety requirements, standards, policies and procedures.
  • Conduct Safety meeting.
  • Schedule and conduct routine internal inspections and audits.
  • Work to ensure the product is fit to eat and compliant with federal laws and regulations and code od practice.
  • Travel occasionally for the job.
  • Conduct risk assessment
  • Monitor Health condition of staff
  • Food inspectors provide a critical function, which is essentially making sure that the food production and precessing is safe to eat.
