Job Description

  • Act as the super-user of AP & Cash Management Module of Oracle eBS
  • Prepare daily bank position
  • Communication and dealing with banks
  • Management of banking facilities
  • Responsible for cash management
  • Supervise the replenishment of petty cash
  • Manage relationships with banks
  • Responsible for issuance/monitoring Letter of Credits (LCs) and Bank Guarantees
  • Communication and dealing with Suppliers
  • Supervise the processing of Long Term Loans/Short Term Loans/Bank Facilities etc in AR Module
  • Reconciling of supplier balances
  • Aging analysis of accounts payables on a weekly basis
  • Processing and issuing Credit Notes
  • Supervise the monthly closing process
