Daily Operations?????? Coordinate and mobilize Zamil marine operations, labor and equipment as per contractual obligations.?????? Coordinate all onshore office, workshop and material support functions?????? Coordinate Onshore Project (ARAMCO DPC-811 fabrication yard and warehouse facility) and office support.?????? Coordinate Tanajib camp and staff houses?????? Coordinate daily with Saudi Aramco Representatives at Logistics Base (Tanajib)?????? Support the Project Manager in his capacity as the contractor representative in the administration of the contract.?????? Assist in the development of daily work plans in conjunction with Aramco representative.?????? Oversee the maintenance, repair and modification of vessels and equipment are undertaken in a timely manner and in accordance with contractual obligations and work plans/schedules.?Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures?????? Enforce effective implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned sectional activity so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.?Continuous Improvement?????? Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.Managing the day to day logistic support to hook-up project in an efficient and cost-effective manner is the challenging part of this position.?The job holder is also the main point of contact to deal with the customer (Aramco MOD/OPD) for day to day operations support and coordination.?He is required to reside in Tanajib and be available continuously at Tanajib 12 hours per day, (plus, out of hours on call 24/7).
