Job Description

A Saudi leading Company in the field of Food & Beverage ,?is looking for a Operation Manager (minimum of 10 year-experience) to lead our capable team of professionals. The candidate should ideally have work experience in the following areas:

  • Responsible for all aspects of business operations from planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and reporting of the entire operations department.
  • Develop and implement operational processes, systems, to improve and revolutionize the effectiveness of the entire department.
  • Directing the customer-facing operations to meet strategic growth, sales, profitability, and operational standard targets.
  • Leading and developing a team of best-in-class Area Managers and Unit Managers.
  • Presenting valuable food with excellent quality to achieve or surpass guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure all products and services standards are met consistently.
  • Perform orientation and provide training to all new employees on restaurant processes and determine appropriate feedback from employees and maintain all restaurant plans.
  • Reviews sales mix & food cost performance monthly with the Supply chain team and proposes new &/or replacement product targets.
  • Promotes a culture of customer-focused excellence at all times in directing and communicating with the operations team.?
