Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ERP Director to join our team in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. As an ERP Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of our companys Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and integration of various business processes across different departments.Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation and integration of the ERP system across all departments of the organization.
  2. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders and department heads to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Design and configure the ERP system to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  5. Manage and supervise a team of ERP specialists, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation and maintenance phases.
  6. Perform regular system audits and monitor system performance to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
  7. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proper utilization of the ERP system.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ERP technology, and make recommendations for system enhancements or upgrades.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with other software applications and systems.
  10. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ERP systems, preferably in a similar industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of ERP concepts, modules, and functionality.
  3. Proven track record in successfully implementing and managing ERP systems.
  4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  5. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and drive continuous improvement.
  9. Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
  10. Relevant certifications in ERP systems would be a plus.
