Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This job position requires an experienced senior-level Engineering Delivery Manager to work closely with the external customer and Honeywell leadership to facilitate delivery of all projects &services, including large programs, with commercial & customer success.
  • This position is responsible for staffing, training, motivating the regional engineering team to build a vibrant & self aware delivery organization. The candidate will lead and manage a team of skilled engineers, who work in a professional services environment ? from study phase through designing, implementation, detailing, delivering and after project service. Optimizing efficiency and quality by driving and maintaining engineering perfection and standardization will be a meaningful goal.
  • This position will be able to technically lead a diverse team of multiple skill level, national & cultural background and ensure projects and professional services are carried out on time, on budget and to the happiness of the customer. You will be able to work on several external and internal projects simultaneously providing consulting and expertise across the business.
  • This position will act as a focal point of the team to several other parts of the organization such as Project Management, After Market Services, other LOBs, Sales, CoEs etc. You will ensure availability of highly skilled and effective personnel for execution and delivery. (S)He will also maintain a high level of mutual successful relationship to external customers.
  • This position will actively drive Honeywell HCP drive of Saudization actively to meet government and customer initiatives.
  • This position will be responsible to implement and ensure alignment HSE standard methodologies and appropriate guidelines. Ensuring consistency to relevant internal and industry standard methodologies and guidelines will be a meaningful aspect of the role.
