?To run and handle the function of failures prediction in the rotating equipment field and proactively addressing the required prevention/mitigation for the likely failures through effective equipment strategy as well as guiding a group of the field maintenance engineers to support the respective plant in the field of rotating machinery engineering including troubleshooting, conducting through failure investigation cases, developing performance improvement studies, supporting to execute and complete the scheduled predictive maintenance tasks.?To work in conjunction with the plant maintenance team and rotating equipment managers to identify problems which result in production delays or excessive costs as well as to provide technical leadership for Rotating Equipment issues by providing recommendations and leading its execution, creating the reports to the plants maintenance management in order to identify opportunities for improvement & extend service life of Rotating Equipment.?To assist as part of the Technical & Support Division team to raise standards of engineering and assist in the training for the assigned team to achieve business objectives and grow capability.?Ensure the business processes and work activities, relevant to the rotating equipment field, are executed in compliance policy/standards and procedures to achieve business objectives of the Asset Engineering Department in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
