Review ESCO proposals; including Measurement & Verification (M&V), commissioning, O&M, and training plans, energy savings calculations, energy models, Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) cost build-up, markups, and energy escalations.
Investigate pre-project conditions, conduct preliminary audits (including existing equipment and operating parameters), and attend commissioning and acceptance testing.
Prepare information requests for clients/consultants to address and resolve deficiencies.
Prepare the necessary reports to manage and monitor project progress.
Collaboratively work with the multi-disciplinary engineering team to ensure reviews and recommendations are completed to professional standards.
Provide assistance and guidance to implementation team executing ESPC projects.
Conduct walk-through audits of large commercial and industrial facilities to identify energy conservation opportunities, recommend steps to investigate and implement the opportunities, and provide written reports and cost estimates of findings
