Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONDuties and Responsibilities:

    1. Making the final exit settlement to define the eligibility for benefits entitlement, in addition to the other dues such as vacation balance, working days, notice period and specifying deductions if found
    2. Initiating the clearance process for all types of exit (termination, resignation, end or extension of contract) for regular and contingent workers
    3. Sending monthly exit list to payroll and finance staff and keeping them updated in case of any change
    4. Preparing termination letters with various legal articles, in addition to extension letters based on Saudi labor law
    5. Providing the required documents to ensure completed exit file
    6. Presenting the monthly orientation lecture for the newly hired, explaining how to use the Oracle system, in addition to the policies of the department.
    7. Probationary period evaluation and start process based on evaluation score.
    8. Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect.
    9. Provide personalized coordination, andsupport for staff and families.
    10. Be aware and updated of all Saudi Labor Law associated with hisher work.
  1. QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelors degree in human resources management, or any other related field. Experience: Entry level job ( 0-2 ) years. SPECIALIZED SKILLS : Teamwork, time management, life-long learning, Integrity, flexibility, communication, task prioritization, problem solving, commitment, InnovationCOMPETENCE: Workplace privacy REQUIRED ATTITUDE TO PERFORM THE JOB: Proper, effective and compassionate communication
