Job PurposeThe main purpose of the Emergency Shift Coordinator job is to respond to all types of emergency situations occurring in Rawabi Holding Tower and to take a proper action and ensure clear reporting to Facility Management.Principal Accountabilities?Organize and control, under the direction of Facility Management, activities within the Tower during all shift as assigned, including maintenance and shutdown activity.?Assess and report problems and safety related activities/concerns.?Report any irregular activity, accurately and in a timely manner to Facility Manager.?Perform daily / night grounds and building inspection and ensure that all offices are locked and safe during night shift.?Inspect building for any hazards and/or damages.?Report safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing to the Facility HSE Officer.?Ensure the availability of the security guards 24/7 and sign their daily attendance.?Respond to emergency calls and escalate to Facility Manager as required.?Conduct general inspection and provide daily shift report.?Assist tenants in opening their offices as needed.?Coordinate contractors? entrance to the building during weekends and after work hours for related maintenance.?Supervise contractors in performing their duties as per required service.?Lead the emergency response team during evacuation in coordination with Facility Manager and Facility HSE Officer.?Support the reception front desk if required.?Prepare work permits in coordination with Facility HSE Officer.?Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by direct manager.Communications and Working Relationships?Establish and maintain a good working relationship with Tower tenants and colleagues.?The shift coordinator should act as a vocal point for communications, decision making on behalf of the company during emergency.
