?This position will provide ongoing Operations & Maintenance support to the new cylinder filling plant operating facilities & projects from development thought the start-up phase, along with supporting condition-based monitoring and reliability engineering activities at the plant facilitates including air gases filling, LCO2 filling, He filling, Specialty gas filling, Ammonia filling plants and utilities.?The Electromechanical technician shall execute all planned preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of plant electrical / mechanical equipment such as motors and control systems of compressors, cylinder filling pumps, liquid transfer pumps, vacuum pumps, He shall also be responsible for performing maintenance of mobiles assets such as dewars, cylinder trucks and semitrailers. The individual shall also support, customer installation and new installations whenever required.?Understand the lay-out drawing of the mechanical system and monitor, implement maintenance activities.?Put the planned preventive maintenance system into operation.?Preventive maintenance of plant electrical equipment as compressors, cylinder filling pumps, liquid transfer pumps, vacuum pumps and static equipments such as storage tanks, vaporizers, electric heaters and filling manifolds as per OEM recommendations and RIG standard operating procedures.?Check the conditions of the electrical equipments and take appropriate action.?Should have knowledge of simple electronics related to electric equipments controls.?Build reliability of the electrical and instrumentation systems includingmotors/equipments/transformers.?Fault detection during process interruptions due to electrical / cable / process control failures.?Coordinate with plant operators about the condition of equipments and availability of spares?Assist to keep sufficient stock levels of spares.?Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.?Responsible for KPI?s in maintenance activities?Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs within allocated budget.?Ensure maintenance records are updated and history cards of equipments are maintained?Effectively implement ISO QMS procedures in his/her work premises.?Other duties as assigned
