Job Description

  • Lead the online brand strategy and maximize sales in line with the company objectives and targets.
  • Implement e-commerce annual business and sales plans.
  • Work closely with Ecommerce Head on the annual e-commerce P&L, budget, and financial performance by overseeing KPI reports and order fulfillment.
  • Define product, content, and merchandising strategies to enable higher customer conversion rates and lower basket abandonments.
  • Ensure stock levels are effectively managed and controlled by analyzing sales and inventory reports to maximize sales.
  • Monitor site performance, speed, and quality of service.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team to agree on traffic plans and promotions
  • Improve on-site search results and sorting rules to improve conversion.
