Job Description

Position: Driller & Toolpusher & HSE Officer (Rig Safety Training Coordinator) Slots: 1-2 Vacancies for Each Position Location: Oifield Onsite in Eastern Province, Saudi ArabiaJD of DrillerThe Driller is fully responsible for supervising and carrying out the drilling and well control and other work in connection with the drilling operations. He must ensure a safe operation of the drilling control system, pipe handling systems, mud circulating systems, and Blow-out prevention (BOP) equipment in accordance with the requirements specified in the operating procedures.ÿ

• Implement the management regulations of the superiors and the team.
• Be responsible for organizing patrol inspections, holding handover meetings, conducting safety education for the team, and eliminating illegal operations.
• Implement the drilling and drilling tool use management system and drilling fluid purification and treatment measures to judge and deal with the downhole situation.
• Be responsible for the control room, near console operation, strict implementation of quality standards, operating procedures and technical measures.
• Be responsible for the well control work of this class, strictly implement the well control management system to ensure safe production.
• Urge all positions to complete the filling of various materials and statements.
• Collect job information timely, analyze it, accurately determine the abnormal situation and report it.
• Be responsible for organizing the disassembly and installation of the rig floor equipment, lifting of the derrick and the base during the relocation operation.
• Be responsible for the comprehensive assessment of the team members.
• Support and participate in the organization?s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001:2015/API Q2 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMSÿobjectives.ÿ
• Understand the implications of not conforming with QMS requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

JD of ToolpusherThe Toolpusher is responsible for all operations on the rig site and direct the workers, and provides support for the drilling operations, working in tandem with other company leaders in the aggressive and successful growth of the company?s drilling business.

• Be responsible to receive drilling supervision instructions and organize the safety products for the team.
• Monitor rig drilling operations.
• Conduct inspection and management of drilling tools, downhole tools, accident handling tools, rental tools, casing and casing accessories, casing heads, trees, special working tools, etc.
• Work closely with project staff to improve operation KPI and HSE performance.
• Implement the client and SINOPEC HSE and operation policies, requirements, and regulations in drilling project.
• Assist rig managers, security officers to do staff dynamics, third-party staff accommodation management and vehicle management.
• Be responsible for filling in, collecting, archiving and reporting data such as drilling daily reports and IADC statements.
• Be responsible for well control management.
• Be responsible for working during the relocation period.
• Assist with the labor management of the production team, and cover the platform manager when needed.
• Support and participate in the organization?s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001:2015/API Q2 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMSÿobjectives.

JD of HSE Officer (Rig Safety Training Coordinator)The HSE Officer monitors health and safety, assess risk, and design strategies to reduce potential hazards in the drilling business, making sure that all rigs are operating in a safe mode.

• e responsible for the implementation of safety production and environmental protection measures, inspect and supervise the implementation of various safety systems and technical safety operation procedures, and stop, correct and punish various violations in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Supervise safety work on the rig site, organize the pre-operation safety meeting for key processes and special operations, and conduct regular inspections on key parts.
• Organize safety analysis, explain safety precautions and preventive measures, and make meeting minutes.
• Organize weekly safety meetings, summarize the safety work of the previous week, and explain the safety work points and precautions of this week.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and take measures to eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Track and close the security issues checked by the superior and the drilling team, and make reports.
• Carry out safety education for new employees and visiting personnel, and explain the safety regulations.ÿ
• Assist the platform manager to carry out various emergency drill activities, improve the staffs ability to respond to emergencies, and update the emergency team list in time.
• Manage safety information and safety documents, fill in safety materials and archive according to the requirements of the company, submit monthly reports and safety information required.
• Report various accidents in a timely manner, conduct accident investigations, fill in accident investigation reports, formulate prevention and rectification measures, and supervise implementation.
• Support and participate in the organization?s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001:2015/API Q2 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMSÿobjectives.
• Understand the implications of not conforming with QMS requirements.
