Job purposePlanning, leading, organizing, and supervising the day-to-day activities of the Division?s Workshops, maintaining and controlling the quality of the industrial services provided to all customers, and providing technical support for all technical levels in the division.Duties and responsibilities1. Responsible for job allocation and operation flow in the workshops including job scheduling and labors allocation for day-to-day operations.2. Manage and plan the daily operations of the workshop, working with and acting on deviations.3. Develop the workshop business by following up on the budget, results, and operational targets and taking measures to achieve set targets.4. Develop and manage customer relationships ensuring that customer needs are met, and services are developed to meet the customer?s future needs.5. Increase service solutions sales by developing, maintaining, and communicating the services portfolio and solutions according to customer needs.6. Market and communicate services and solutions to existing and potential customers.7. Looking beyond the initial customers inquiries and identifying more business opportunities8. Manage and analyze the workshop?s running costs and expenditure budget.9. Proactively initiate improvement activities, ensuring conditions are in place to achieve workshop goals.
